Not too much has changed since my last post, but some things have. A lot of my thought process has changed and I have come to realize that there is only so much you can control in life. That you just have to learn to go with flow of things. Things will happen when they happen and yes its hard to be patient but the Lord has a plan for us, and you just have to learn to enjoy what is happening in your life in the present. I am excited for next semester and the things that will happen with that new classes, and new experiences. But some new things that are going on is I am going to be going to Mississippi in the Summer, and I might not come back, haha, no I will come back, but when I will have to figure out what I am going to do for the Summer. I will most likely be living in Logan but we will see what happens. It will be an awesome trip and a amazing way to start the summer. We are just about to let out for Thanksgiving break and I can't wait for it. It will be a nice break from school, and then the new year will be awesome too. I really do love this time of year. Its always a great chance to see who you can help. There is always someone who can use a little help.

November and Such

Well with November in full swing no shave November has begun, I am 5 days into it, and its looking pretty good if I do say so myself. On another note I went to talk to a counselor to see what I need to do to graduate, and all I need is Math and science, so now I just have to decide on which ones to take.  Then its on to Utah State in the Fall. I am hoping to be able to move to Logan in the Summer and get a head start on living and working up there. This is going to be a short post because once again I am suppose to be doing homework, but instead I am working on my blog.

I have never had a blog before, but I have always had family and friends who have, and have read theirs. I think it is a really good way to keep people updated on whats going on in your life, and a great way to get your thoughts out there. So going off of that, things that have happened in my life. Yesterday is the day I have been home from my mission for 1 year. Crazy. It is hard to describe how much of an impact your mission makes on your life it totally reconstructs your philosophic views on life. It helps you to realize what your real values are. It helps you to realize what you really want out of life, and whats truly important. It's funny how life can change without you realizing, but when you look back on things you see how much has really changed. Friendships, Where you live, Work. My life has changed a lot in the short time of a year. Right now I am going to Snow College again. When I first got back from my mission I went to Utah Valley University, and lived in Mona. That situation was interesting but it helped me to grow. Coming home from a mission and then living with your parents teaches you a lot of things. When the summer came I chose to keep living at home and work to save money to attend school again in the fall. I took a job at Walmart working in the backroom. It was amazing to see the difference in my life compared to my co-workers. My co-workers didn't seem to have any goals, or aspirations. I had to really stick to my guns, and stand up for what I believed, many times I was asked to go for drinks after work, and do other things. But I knew that they wouldn't be right. Again I also saw a difference in my work ethic compared to that of my co-workers, that is one of the habits on learned on my mission. For what seemed like forever Fall finally came, and it was time to move. I was very excited to go to Snow College, and move out. My time so far at Snow college has helped me a lot to realize things in my life. Mainly being that you can never forget about God, because he never forgets about you. There really are so many things in this life that distract us from the simple things we need to be doing. I have really enjoyed my time at Snow but I have also become very much aware of the differences in what I want out of life, and what others around me want. So I have decided that next Fall I will be attending Utah State University. Yes this is my third college, but sometimes you have to jump around to find what you really want. So that is my life so far. People come and go, and things change, but you always have to stick to what you know.
